Hi and thank you for stopping by!

How do you do an about me page? It is not easy for me to talk about myself!

It took years but I have finally discovered my true passion – fitness and nutrition! By day I am a residential appraiser who loves working out, coffee, wine and food. I am currently studying to get my degree in nutrition (still!) and it seems to be taking forever because sometimes life takes you on a detour and you have to re-map your route.

I believe that exercise and eating healthy is preventive maintenance for your body. We take care of our cars and we need to do the same with our body, right? I also believe that having a treat every once in a while is not only ok but a necessity to keep you on track. If you deprive yourself of the things you love you will only become cranky and miserable. Life is too short – sometimes you gotta live a little!

 I love all things fitness tech and if I had the money I would always have the latest gadget, so you have something new I should try – shoot me an email!

    You’re blog is motivating alright. Took a break from the Gym about 3 years ago and having the darnest time trying to get back. Gained back all the weight I had lost and more.     HAVE BEEN WITH WEIGH LESS FOR NUMBER OF YEARS. WORKS WELL, BUT I FEEL THAT THERE MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE WHICH I COULD TRY WHICH IS EFFECTIVE AND PRODUCES SATISFACTORY RESULTS. I’VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY CERVICAL SPINE, LOWER BACK AND KNEE – AND HAVE TRIED VARIOUS EXERCISE ROUTINES, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTINUE DUE TO PROBLEMS AS MENTIONED ABOVE. I KNOW IT’S ESSENTIAL TO EXERCISE – MY CHALLENGE IS FINDING THE RIGHT KIND OF EXERCISE ROUTINE THAT WILL NOT HARM MY BACK OR KNEES. I WAS ON HOLIDAY AND WAS FAIRLY ACTIVE – RUNNING ON THE BEACH ETC,. AND HAVE NOW LANDED UP WITH A KNEE PROBLEM – FLUID ON THE KNEE? PLEASE ADVISE WHAT YOU WOULD RECOMMEND – I KNOW THE VALUE OF EXERCISE AND I HONESTLY WOULD LIKE TO START THIS YEAR OFF ON THE RIGHT COURSE! THANK YOU FOR ANY ADVICE YOU MAY HAVE TO OFFER.

    I just found your website, and I love it!!! I would like to do your 21 day challenge, but can only find days 17-20 and the initial diet/workout schedule. How can I get the previous days and cardio?
