Baladea Fitness and Wellness System Review and Giveaway

Are you looking for a program that can help you integrate some balance into your routine? I can help you with that!

A few weeks ago, I was approached by Baladea, a new fitness and wellness brand for women, to take a look at their new program developed in partnership with New Balance.  I’m a huge fan of the New Balance shoes, so I was delighted to take a look at this new program!

A balanced routine has always been a challenge for me. I love to lift in the gym, it gives me the feeling of being strong and I like setting new personal records for myself. However, as I get older I find that my body is not as limber as it used to be and I struggle with sleep issues and lagging energy. I have taken yoga classes and Pilates in the past, and have always benefited from them. However, I just couldn’t seem to find the time to attend the classes on a regular basis. For my restless sleep, I have tried meditation. Have you tried sitting still for 10 or more minutes and NOT have your mind wandering all over the place? I’m not very good at it, so it did not help me much in the past.

But now I have help with both of those issues! Before I zone in on just those two items, let me tell you a little more about the whole program that Baladea has designed.

Baladea has found a way to focus on most women’s health and wellness issues. It is designed so that you can work out with friends, or go at it alone. There is a 24/7 online community group that you can join for support and motivation.

In this kit, you receive 7 DVD’s that touches on everything from cardio to yoga to strength training to meditation. Not sure where to start? Their workout charts will guide you through your weekly routines. I know that if you follow through with the program for a month, you are going to feel great!

The program can also help you with losing weight or learning to eat healthier with the included Nutrition Guide that offers tips on meal planning, provides lists of healthy foods, and gives menus and recipes as well.

Below is an image with all the DVD’s. The “Hello” disc is an introduction to the program. See the “Calm” disc? That disc has helped me tremendously with meditation. I have been going through a stressful time recently, and I needed something to help me relax before bedtime. This disc is a guided meditation – but not the annoying “om” kind. The woman guiding you speaks softly and helps you to concentrate of relaxing your mind and body. If you suffer from high blood pressure or anxiety, this disc will be a great help!

The “Fusion” disc is another favorite of mine – it’s yoga but a little quicker pace for some cardio.

If you’re looking to boost the metabolism then you’ll love the “Boost” disc which is HIT intervals.

If you are a cardio girl, then the “Slim” disc is for you – it’s a high energy cardio!

The “Power” disc is for strength training. The kit comes with a resistance band for this routine. This routine is perfect for both beginners or those that have been exercising for a while.

And finally there is the “Flow” disc, which blends some Tai Chi and Qigong to help with proper breathing and energy. It will also calm and relax you.

I’m going to be honest with you; there isn’t anything I don’t like about this program. It uses sensible eating tips and recipes and the exercise routines are beneficial for everyone. If you are looking for a way to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle, this is a great place to start!

Let’s sum it up:

  • 7 Exercise DVD’s for a balanced wellness program
  • Nutrition Guide
  • Workout Charts
  • Resistance Band
  • 24/7 Online Support Community
  • Work out at home

And the only way to make it better is that they are going to give one of my followers a program of their own!

I definitely struggle a little with motivating myself to do cardio-based workouts. I hate sustained running, so I need a workout that disguises the fact that I’m running around or jumping haha.
