This is a great workout for home or travel – no equipment needed except for you! Your goal is to do this for time. Beginners can do 12-9-6 and take breaks when needed. Remember to drink your water!
The Protein Bakery Review and Giveaway!
Recently The Protein Bakery sent me a delightful package of goodies and they want to share with you!
I like to bake; however, I never seem to have the time. These little gems have been a nice substitute for homemade goodies in my freezer. They are made from natural ingredients, wheat free, and have whey protein isolate added to them, which for me, is a plus. You can find a list of the ingredients for each product here. The protein content varies in each product, but the peanut butter cookies have 8 grams per pack – not bad!
So far I have tasted the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie, The Black and White Blondie mini brownie, and The Peanut Butter Cookie – and OMG there wasn’t even a crumb left! I was nice and shared them with my sweetie too.
