I tried a new workout that I wanted to share with you. It is INTENSE! I did not do the Giant set 4 because I was focusing on the lower body. And by the time I got to the burn out round, I was wiped so I skipped the 5000 Row.

I also want to share a snack cracker that I enjoy with you. You know I try to eat whole, natural foods but sometimes a girl’s just gotta have a quick crunchy snack and I do not have time to make crackers! Everything in moderation I always say!

They sent me a box of each flavor and they are all great, alone or with a topping. However, I must admit the Sesame Seed flavor is my favorite. The flavor of sesame seeds pairs perfectly with the brown rice and almonds in a delicious baked cracker. They are gluten free and provide three grams of fiber with every serving!
So now there is a cracker you can enjoy without all the guilt of an ugly ingredients list!
