Today we are featuring a cardio circuit that you can do at home. Many people are under the impression that you have to be a runner or have a piece of equipment, such as a treadmill, to get a good cardio workout. However, cardiovascular exercise as any form of exercise that will get your heart rate up. For this workout all you need is a space big enough to do a burpee in – so there really are no excuses!

Superb blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a

I would start on blogger or wordpress. If you think you will be doing advertising you will need to go self-hosted.
